Conference (Wed - Fri)
Conference registration includes access to all conference sessions (except the tutorials), to the Welcome party on Tuesday, to the Poster & Beer party on Wednesday, printed proceedings, conference DVDs, refreshment during coffee breaks.
Tutorial (Mon + Tue)
Tutorial registration includes access to all tutorial sessions, to the Welcome party on Tuesday, printed tutorial notes, conference DVDs, and refreshment during coffee breaks.
Conference + Tutorial (Mon - Fri)
Conference & tutorial registration includes access to all conference and tutorial sessions, to the Welcome party on Tuesday, to the Poster & Beer party on Wednesday, printed proceedings and tutorial notes, conference DVDs, refreshment during coffee breaks.
Student (Mon - Fri)
Student registration includes access to all conference and tutorial sessions, to the Welcome party on Tuesday, to the Poster & Beer party on Wednesday, conference DVDs, refreshment during coffee breaks. Students will not receive any printed materials.
To qualify as a student you have to be registered as a full time student at a university. A confirmation has to be sent by fax (+420 266 312 113) or as a scanned copy (Romana@icaris.cz). Your student´s ID card can be checked at the registration desk.
Big Buddy (Mon - Fri)
Big Buddy registration includes one Conference & Tutorial registration plus two Student registrations.
In the case the EG member price is selected, all three participants have to be EG members.
The senior participant has to be registered first and should fill in in the registration form names of both students, students should fill in the name of their superior.
The Registration Desk will be located in the conference building. We ask students to bring their valid ISIC card or other documents confirming their student status. All participants will receive their conference material and necessary badges. The access to the meeting halls will be not allowed without a valid personal badge. Participants should also clear their account with Icaris Ltd. after their arrival, to pay possible differences for reserved accommodation and other services or to receive possible overpayments. The reserved accommodation will be pre-paid by Icaris in all hotels, participants should pay there only for their "extras" (phones, parking, drinks, ...). All bank transfer charges have to be covered by the sender. Payments not received in full will be considered as in-complete. We recommend to check your payments at the conference web page. A list of all ordered services and received payments will be available approx. in middle of August. This list will be published without names, you should use your PINs. We kindly ask all participants to settle possible mistakes from our list as far as possible before your arrival. Preliminary opening hours of the registration desk - will be announced as soon as possible.

Lunches will be served in the student canteen, close to the conference site (approx. 3-5 minutes on foot). Participants will receive lunch vouchers at the registration desk after their arrival. It will be not possible to order and buy lunch tickets on-site upon your arrival. The lunch menu is available here.
A rich program is prepared for the accompanying persons. You can select from various tours with a professional English-speaking guide to Prague Castle, walk through the Old Town, Vyšhrad Castle, Lesser Town & Charles Bridge, and Jewish Prague. Additional proceedings can be pre-ordered for 1400 CZK (approx. €50). Note, that the price at the conference will be higher (upon availability).

All payments must be free of bank charges to the receiver, i.e., all bank charges for the international money transfer must be met by the remitter, including those imposed by the beneficiary's agents (HVB Bank Czech Republic a.s., Prague). This must be explicitly stated when authorising the international money transfer order.
A Confirmation of Payment will be available by the end of July or by beginning of August 2007 on the official web page. There will be indicated the reserved accommodation, the accepted amount and eventual overpayments or outstanding balances. All participants will need their personal identification number (PIN) for a good orientation in this file.

Notification of all cancellation must be sent in writing to the Icaris Ltd., Conference Management (Romana@icaris.cz).
Cancellations received before August 3rd, 2007 will receive a refund of the registration fee, less an administration charge 1000 CZK.
Cancellations received after August 3rd, 2007 will not receive a refund, but conference materials will be mailed to the non-participant. It is possible to delegate a substitute person instead of cancellation.
